The successful proposer shall provide consultation, administration and technical services required to plan and manage modernization projects for the agency. This shall include, and not be limited to, preparation and submission of the Federal Capital Funds Program, plan, preparation and budgeting for the State-sponsored portfolio, strategic planning, portfolio assessment and recommendation for disposition, demolition, repositioning, review and recommendation of architects and engineers’ construction drawings and specifications, and construction oversight and inspections. Must be familiar with and have a working knowledge of Fair Housing and ADA regulations and requirements, Federal, State, and Local Procurement Regulations, Equal Employment Opportunity, Davis- Bacon Wage and Prevailing Wage Rate Monitoring, and Section 3 Requirements and reporting.
