Construction of a 10’ x 12’ modular kiosk with 7’ high walls. Removal of any debris and preparation of the site for installation. Fabrication and installation of the kiosk, including: o Three (3) 3’ x 8’ Janus roll-up doors. o One (1) 36” single pre-hung door (no window). o Custom color metal roof (gray). o Custom trim color (sunburst yellow). o 24” overhang on all four sides. o Nine (9) decorative trim panels and T-111 painted trim panels. o Interior walls and ceiling painted white. o Three (3) countertops fabricated from (Aztek material). o Four (4) Simpson ½” x 10” anchors for securing the structure. Ensure all construction meets applicable ADA accessibility requirements, local building codes, and zoning regulations. Delivery and on-site installation of the kiosk at the designated location within the Mini Golf Park. Provide warranty documentation, training for city personnel on kiosk operation, and all required certifications.
