1. This BID is to remove existing tile and carpet, replace with Town of Wilton (TOW) supplied material. The tile will be LVT Casper Oak 7” x 48: x 2.55mm. 2. Contractor shall be responsible to remove existing flooring material, either carpet or VCT. TOW will supply the dumpsters. 3. First Floor Only, contractor shall apply Bostik Roll-Cote supplied by TOW over all areas receiving new tile. 4. Contractor to use Bostik Uni-Lock (A499 PSA) supplied by TOW for the installation of the new tile. 5. See plan attached, all areas in red have been previously completed and are not included in the scope of work. All areas in blue are included in the scope of work. 6. Contractor to provide and install Schluter transition strips at all areas where new tile meets existing finishes. Use Schluter Reno-Ramp, Reno-TK or Reno-U as required by existing conditions and finishes. 7. Contractor shall be responsible to supply and install all required floor flashing products as required by existing field conditions. Contractor to use Bostik SL-Rapid. 8. TOW shall supply all vinyl base. Contractor shall be responsible for its removal and installation including supplying all adhesives. Repair any and all walls damaged by the removal of the existing base. 9. Work may begin June 16th, 2025 10.Work must be complete by August 11th, 2025.
