Specifications include, but are not limited to: The marine engineering consulting services involve planning, testing, require in-water physicalinspections, evaluations, monitoring, assessment and development of a maintenance program forseawall, slope protection, rip-rap, and mud slopes of the waterways, and development of adredging program throughout the existing Mandalay Bay, Westport and Seabridge WaterwayAssessment Districts. The services are intended to be inclusive of developing both a capitalimprovement program and a maintenance program.
