Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the service is to assist Stamford Public Schools (SPS) in hiring, and managing outside partners to provide summer enrichment and recreational programs for students attending Stamford Public School’s summer school program. This service will also include disbursement of funds to the vendors. Components of the project should include but not limited to the following: Describe the process to: ● Solicit sub-contractors to deliver programs that are engaging ● Collaborate with community-based organizations ● Ensure that activities will be inclusive of all students ● Assist in registration of students at each program ● Provide daily, coordination and supervision of afternoon programs ● Communication between families and afternoon programs ● Communication between programs and SPS ● Include timeline of activities with Action Steps ● Describe how the project will be evaluated
