Demolition, removal, prep, and installation of new carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tile, cove base and transitions, with labor including lifting library books shelves for installation of carpet tiles under the book stacks. 1. Ripout and removal of existing carpet tiles and cove base on 1st floor, community room, and lower level. 2. Ripout and removal of existing 12x12 vinyl tiles on 1st floor. 3. Preparation of floors for installation. 4. Installation of new carpet tiles and transitions on 1st floor, community room, and lower level with moisture barrier adhesive. 5. Installation of new luxury vinyl tile around the perimeter and behind service desk on 1st floor and in in new café area on first floor. Installation of new luxury vinyl tile around outside perimeter of service desk on lower level with moisture barrier adhesive. 6. Lift library stacks where applicable for installation of carpet tiles under shelving units. 7. Prep and installation of new vinyl cove base on 1st floor, community room, and lower level.
