Main Tent Installation • 100’ x 180’ White Vinyl Century Style Tent (“Wedding Quality” rope type) • Clean, single-unit construction, stamped with NFPA certification • Wooden (painted white) perimeter poles and metal center poles • Iron stakes with plastic protective caps and vibration straps on tie-downs • Setup on soccer field anytime between May 8 through 10, 2026 and remains up until after commencement Backdrop • 60 ft. white backdrop behind stage (18’ x 40’) with minimum 10 ft. extension on either side • Must be clean and installed by May 10, 2026 before 1:00 PM Platform • 18’ x 40’ platform with footings on pads to spread load • Sections raised to 8” and 16” to accommodate uneven ground • Two carpeted ramps (8’ x 4’) constructed to code (1’ length per 1” height) • Black skirting, clean and neatly fastened • Installed by May 13, 2026 Carpeting • Black carpet for platform and ramps • Short pile, non-shiny, not exceeding ¼ inch • Installed by May 13, 2026 Additional Tents • 12’ x 24’ White expandable frame tent (at least 10’ high), NFPA 70 stamped • 9’ x 60’ White Marquee (connecting tent to Parking Lot A) • 9’ x 120’ White Marquee (connecting tent to Hosmer Marquee) • 9’ x 62’ White Marquee (connecting to Hosmer Building east door) • All installed by May 13, 2026 Seating • 1,600 Samsonite or equivalent chairs tied together per NFPA regulations • 300 white resin plastic chairs for graduates, also tied per NFPA Risers • Two 4’ x 4’ x 1’ high risers behind graduate seating Flooring • Temporary flooring system (Matrax or equivalent) under all pathways, marquees, and tents Walkways • Flooring must be translucent or gray Stanchions • 200ft retractable stanchions for crowd control Additional Requirements • Minimum 72-hour notice before tent installation begins
