Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall Perform, including but not limited to: snow plowing, snow blowing, hand shoveling, application of sand, salt and deicing applications (ice melt), relocating of snow at Facility location, removal of snow from Facility and post season cleanup (“Snow Plowing Services”). “Facility” is defined as the location specified by the Client Agency. Snow Plowing Services include, but are not limited to, the following: all parking lots, driveways, roadways, receiving dock areas, ramps, width and length of all Facility sidewalks, public sidewalks, walkways, stairways, catch basins, drains, paths to and areas surrounding equipment located on the Facility. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, generators, fire hydrants, emergency exits, areas around flag poles, stairs, doorways, building egresses, deck(s), mailboxes, oil tank fill locations, natural gas and electrical meters, pathways to garbage and recycle containers, areas around dumpster(s), and other areas written in the Statement of Work (“SOW”).
