Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Spring Clean-up: (Application - Early Spring) A general thorough cleaning of the entire grounds, shrub beds, etc., after the winter season in preparation for all applications. Sand Removal: All roadways, parking areas and garages shall be cleaned once to remove sand that has accumulated from winter road sanding. Timing of operation will be at the discretion of Fusco Management Company, LLC. B. Fall Clean-up: (Application – Late Fall Multiple times if needed) A general cleaning of the entire grounds, shrub beds, etc., will be performed in preparation for the winter season. This clean-up may be completed multiple times with the final to be performed once the majority of leaves have fallen.
