Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide a variety of services on a project by project basis. This RFP also includes providing snow removal services. ; Contractors must be capable of and experienced in performing the following services: • Landscape Construction Services o Landscape bed creation and finish grading o Installation of trees, shrubs, and other plantings o Walkways/paths and patio areas constructed of various materials o Sod installation/Hydro seeding o Retaining walls; Performing snow removal services at the ECLC @ Hockanum School located at 191 Main St, East Hartford. Contractor will provide a dedicated (staged on site) skid steer loader at the Hockanum School site during the winter months, and conduct snow removal services based on an hourly rate.
