Plan Implementation Inspections: Conduct three (3) Plan Implementation Inspections in accordance with the Stormwater General Permit. These inspections shall be conducted by a “Qualified Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Professional” as defined in the Stormwater General Permit. The inspections shall be conducted, and reporting provided, as defined in the Stormwater General Permit. Routine/Rain Event Inspections: Conduct weekly Routine Inspections and Rain Event Inspections in accordance with the requirements of the Stormwater General Permit. These inspections shall be conducted by a “Qualified Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Professional” as defined in the Stormwater General Permit. The inspections shall be conducted, and reporting provided, as defined in the Stormwater General Permit. Post Construction Inspections/Closeout: Conduct post construction inspections including a final stabilization inspection in accordance with the requirements of the Stormwater General Permit. Submit a Notice of Termination to DEEP.
