1. Remove existing rocks from within the Atrium and dispose of. 2. Replace existing drainage, as needed, to allow for patio installation 3. Excavate for new 600 square foot patio and dispose of material. 4. Install a woven geotextile soil separation/stabilization fabric. 5. Install a minimum of 8 inches of process gravel and compact to 98% proctor density. 6. Install and screed an inch of concrete sand. 7. Install 2 3/8” x 4” x 8” pavers in a herringbone pattern. 8. Install edge restraint. 9. Sweep joints with polymeric sand and compact. Repeat until joints are full. 10.Wet joints thoroughly to activate polymer reaction in the joints paying close attention not to leave polymeric sand or it’s residue on paver surface. 11. Install a low voltage transformer with timer. 12. Install and wire to low voltage transformer 16 paver lights in shape to match paver. 13. Adjust current electrical outlets as needed. 14. Install a planting bed on eastern side of Atrium per design. Add amendments to soil as needed to assure proper soil nutrients for plants. Install amended soil to planters. 15. Install plants per design type and quantity in the planting bed as well as in the two new planter boxes provided by the Town. Use existing rock to cover planting bed. 16. Install existing benches on outside of property. Location to be determined.
