• The Contractor will develop a plan for the efficient and careful move of the Library's entire collection, along with furnishings, fixtures, technology, and equipment as described herein and as determined during pre-move planning discussions. The Library will make all relevant personnel available for a pre-move conference on site to go over plans and inventories supplied by the Library and work plans presented by the Contractor. At that time, or another mutually agreeable time, a pre-move inspection of the interim facility will be conducted to identify existing conditions. • The Contractor will develop a schedule for all phases of the move in consultation with the Library. The move will be conducted during normal business hours except as noted and agreed to by the Library. It will be understood that this project will be a priority for the Contractor during the agreed-upon move period, and that staff and equipment will not be re-assigned to other clients or projects while the move is in progress. • The Contractor will be responsible for all supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to carry out the work described in a timely and workmanlike manner. The Contractor should not rely on any personnel or equipment being made available by the Library; however, the Library will make appropriate library staff available to answer questions and to oversee final disposition of collections and other items within designated areas. Library staff may be made available for hand packing materials designated for active use in the interim location if deemed desirable. • The Library expects to work closely with the Contractor to develop efficient procedures for segregation and packing of materials, relying on the Contractor's expertise.
