Specifications include, but are not limited to: Spring Startup After May 15 and before June 1, the contractor will turn on approximately 6 irrigation systems as directed by the City. The contractor will reconnect/reinstall any parts that were disconnected/uninstalled the previous fall. The contractor will run the system through a full cycle to make sure each component of the system is working properly. The contractor will repair any broken components. Finally, the contractor will set the irrigation controller to run automatically on a schedule to be determined by the City. Winterization After October 1 and before November 1, the contractor will fully winterize approximately 6 irrigation systems as directed by the City. The contractor will not do a full system inspection at this time; however, the contractor may repair any visible issues.
