The Town of Tolland is currently seeking qualified Contractors to provide the following services on multiple Town owned irrigation systems. Proposals shall address the following as a minimum: Initial start-up of the complete system at the beginning of the season Programming the systems controller (s), Cheek entire system for leaks / adjust all sprinkler heads to ensure adequate coverage After the initial startup, visit each site on a monthly basis to operate each controller / system to check for adequate coverage, system malfunctions or leaks. Coordinate winterizing of each system with the Town. This shall include, but not be limited to, de-energizing the system, performing a complete “blow-out” of each individual zone of the system by using compressed air and checking / lowering any sprinkler heads that have remained in the raised position...
