The full inspection and maintenance of emergency power diesel generator sets at the State Capitol Complex. The awarded respondent shall provide the following as part of the Major Annual Inspection and Maintenance service of the emergency power diesel generator sets at the State Capitol Complex: a) Annually inspect and provide maintenance services during the month of March for the State Capitol, LOB, and LOG emergency power diesel generator sets; b) Ensure that all work conforms to all applicable building, mechanical, plumbing, fire and electrical codes and regulations; c) Supply emergency and non-emergency services; d) Visually inspect all three (3) emergency power diesel generator sets and equipment, inspect the entire system for oil, fuel, and coolant leaks as part of the inspection, and repair any minor leaks found by tightening or replacing clamps. This visual inspection shall include review of the following: i. Fuel System: a. Inspect fuel injection system and pump; b. Inspect day tank, sub-base tank and fuel lines; c. Replace fuel filter with new OEM filters; d. Inspect operation of fuel transfer pump; e. Dispose of old fluids and filters per EPA and CT DEEP standards;
