Specifications include, but are not limited to: To enhance the visitor experience, we are looking for durable panels and pedestals for interpretive signage to be used throughout the Arboretum’s campus. The graphic design, content and images will be provided by the Bartlett Arboretum in conjunction with its graphic designer. AF Design, LLC will provide the selected vendor with the camera-ready graphic design, text and images for each sign based on vendor requirements to produce the panels. The content and images will be created and edited internally by the Bartlett staff and selected volunteers. They will work with AF Design to get them set up for production. The camera-ready copy of each sign will be returned to Bartlett for final sign off and then sent to the vendor for fabrication.
