The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and other facilities, and shall perform all work necessary or proper for or incidental to the making of subsurface explorations at the locations on the plans along approximately 2200 ft section of the north side of Interstate 691 (I-691) in the westbound (WB) direction in proximity to Interchange-5 WB On-Ramp (formerly Interchange-4) and the bridge over Pratt Street (Bridge No. 05327), associated with the replacement of an existing timber noise wall in the town of Southington, Connecticut. In strict accordance with the Specifications found herewith and the accompanying Contract Plans, and to the satisfaction and approval of the Engineer; and shall perform all other obligations and assume all liability imposed upon him by the Contract and Specifications.
