1. Renovation of an existing space of approximately 1,591 gross square feet. 2. The building is existing and shall be renovated of materials that include but are not limited to the following: The structure shall consist of existing spaces with new wall partitions. Interior finishes include painted gypsum wallboard, carpet tile, VCT, and acoustical ceiling tiles. Floor coverings include carpet tile and VCT. Ceilings shall be acoustical ceiling tiles. The HVAC system shall be removed and replaced. New electrical outlets for power and data will be added. 3. The Authorities Having Jurisdiction for Threshold Projects, NonThreshold Projects, as defined by the Connecticut General Statutes, are the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) / Construction Services (CS) Office of State Building Inspector (OSBI) and Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM).
