Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall provide the necessary tools, equipment, and operator(s) to perform the Snow Removal Services 7 days per week and/or during any snow event. 2. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying sand and salt mixture, deicer, and any/all other materials, equipment and personnel necessary to provide the Snow Removal Services. 3. Contractor shall clear snow from all driving surfaces, fire hydrants, parking lots, designated sidewalks (entire width and length), stairs, doorways including fire exits/escapes, front and back decks, ramps and mailbox areas after each snow event depositing at least one inch of snow. ; 1. In all snow events creating slippery conditions and in snowfall events of less than one inch, the Contractor shall apply a sand/calcium chloride salt mix or other substance non-injurious to asphalt or concrete which alleviates slippery conditions (de-icer) with a mechanical spreader to driving surfaces.
