Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Overview/Scope Provide graphic design services for the Colleges marketing needs specifically the layout and design of brochures, newsletters, online ads for five to six ad campaigns per year, direct mail, logo work as needed, and projects such as layout and design of signage. Strategic direction, copy and images supplied by Charter Oak State College. Freelance professionals will be considered. Contractor shall develop printer specifications and make paper stock recommendations convert electronically designed publications into PDF files and ensure that these meet State of Connecticut ADA accessibility standards. Specific services required will be identified with each assignment. Contractor must be willing to meet all deadlines established by the College. Assignments shall be given to the contractor by the Director of Marketing or a member of the marketing staff.
