Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Danbury is inviting the submission of qualifications from graphic design firmsto provide graphic services and related consultation to the Library to insure that anupscale and consistent image is presented to the public through the production ofinternal and promotional materials.Work to include the following:Produce 3-4 monthly fliers to promote library programs or servicesProduce specialty items:1. 1 outdoor banner and supplemental materials required to obtain approvalto hang banner2. 2-3 newspaper ads3. 2 bookmarks4. 8.5" x 11" or 8.5" x 14" double-sided summer reading program listingPrepare files for offset printing and export spot graphics for staff use on ancillarymaterialsModify graphics for web usePurchase usage rights of photos or clip illustrations without additional cost to theLibraryPeriodic meetings with internal marketing team (phone or in-person up to two(2) hours)Transfer files smoothly to print houses, sign companies or service bureaus forfilm or digital output, as needed
