Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Groton publishes a Recreation & Program Brochure three times during the course of a calendar year. There is a Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer publication which is used by the greater community to select recreational activities and programs to participate in. The publication is distributed to the Groton community and Town staff prepares the document for posting to the Town’s website. The Town of Groton is a PC-based organization with a PC-based design group that works in Adobe Creative Suite. Brochure files must be saved in PC format and in the native application and with current version of the software. All graphics are preferably vector artwork. If artwork is a photo/image, it is to be at least 200 dpi minimum. Cover design/artwork should always include high resolution photography of at least 300 dpi. If Contract Designer works on an Apple platform, the brochure files must include fonts (Open or TrueType faces) and links that are compatible with PC environment as well.
