A. Research and Identification of Funding Opportunities: o Conduct comprehensive research to identify appropriate grants from federal, state, and private sources. B. Grant Proposal Development: o Develop well-structured and compelling grant proposals in accordance with the guidelines provided by funding agencies. o Ensure all proposals adhere to industry standards, including but not limited to the following elements: ▪ Statement of need ▪ Project description and methodology ▪ Goals and objectives ▪ Budget and justification ▪ Evaluation plan ▪ Organizational information o Incorporate feedback from City staff and other stakeholders in proposal drafts. C. Grant Application Submission: o Prepare and submit complete grant applications by the established deadlines. o Confirm receipt of submitted applications and follow up with funding agencies as needed.
