Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. MONITORING, INSPECTION, TESTING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF SYSTEMS: Contractor will provide monitoring, inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of systems including but not limited to alarm, CCTV and access control systems (also known as card access), fire alarm, sprinkler and suppression systems (each a “System” and collectively “Systems”). Current Authority Systems and their components are identified in Section 3. The Authority may add or subtract Systems or components at the prices included in the Contract award as Systems or their components come on or offline or as the successful bidder alerts the Authority of any discrepancy between the price lists included in this IFB and actual local conditions. The Authority may also add Systems to this Contract through supplemental bid if it is in the best interest of the Authority to do so.
