i. Mobilization of equipment and Site preparation for remediation including, but not limited to, erosion and sedimentation controls, call before you dig mark out, signage, temporary facilities, and vegetation removal. ii. Removal of three underground storage tanks (USTs) including, but not limited to, UST cleanout, sludge disposal, and UST disposal. Additionally, excavation, transportation and off-site disposal of approximately 600 tons of petroleum contaminated soils. iii. Selective excavation and stockpiling of approximately 280 tons of Per and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) contaminated soil and approximately 80 tons of lead contaminated soil, stockpile management, transportation and off-site disposal of contaminated soils. iv. Excavation, stockpile management, transportation and off-site disposal of approximately 2,590 tons of contaminated fill materials. v. Site surface restoration including, but not limited to, placement, grading, and compactions of approximately 2,220 cubic yards of certified clean backfill covered with approximately 550 cubic yards of certified clean topsoil to a depth of six inches, and hydroseed surface (approximately 26,500 square feet) with HP mulch. vi. Completion of project should occur within 120 days of start of project.
