- Set up safety as necessary, coordinating with the owner to ensure that all pedestrian areas and access are flagged as necessary - Remove all existing roof systems to the structural deck. - Remove all abandoned pitch boxes to surface - Clean existing deck surface. Identify any deck sections that are compromised and review with owner. Repair/replace deck as directed. - Prime deck at 0.5 gal/sq. with SA Primer - Install SA vapor barrier to all surfaces, overlapping seams by 3” and end laps by 6” - Adhere the first layer of polyiso insulation in lo-rise adhesive as per specified fastening pattern - Adhere subsequent layers and crickets in lo-rise adhesive as per specified ribbon pattern - Install ½” Densdeck (or approved equal) utilizing lo-rise adhesive as per specified ribbon pattern - Install FlexBase Plus 80 (or approved equal) base sheet using Green Lock XL @ 2.5 gal/sq. - Install StressPly mineral membrane using Green Lock XL @ 2.5 gal/sq (or approved equal). - Apply same sheets to all vertical flashings using Green Lock Flashing Grade mastic (or approved equal) - Install new, field fabricated scuppers as per specifications - Terminate membranes on brick wall using termination bar. Seal top of termination bar with Tuff Flash liquid flashing (or approved equal) - On adjacent brick wall, install surface mounted counter flashing over the term bar. Install GreenLock XL sealant bead on top of counterflashing - Install new rubber sleeper’s underneath (2) HVAC condensers - Clean and dispose of all debris from the jobsite – contractor is required for supplying dumpsters - Repair any damage to grounds
