Phase I - Bissell Street Design and Administration Services a. Provide final design and construction set designs to achieve the project objectives in general accordance with the Concept Plans for Phase I. Design will include at minimum: roadway designs, grading, drainage, utilities, lighting, landscaping, utility and roadway details, temporary traffic phasing plan and stormwater drainage report. b. Coordinate the relocation of utilities. c. Provide Bid Specifications for the project including, but not limited to, site preparation, electrical design work, site clearing, earthmoving, bituminous concrete pavement milling, maintenance and protection of traffic, paving, concrete, and storm piping. d. Provide a proposed construction schedule prioritizing the installation of required roadway widening and reconfiguration improvements. e. Prepare itemized cost estimates for construction of the project at the final design and construction phase including, but not limited to, costs associated with local permitting requirements, construction management, and other related costs. f. Attend meetings with Town officials as required. g. Obtain any permits as required. h. Prepare construction contract bidding materials. i. Construction Administration Services including: i. Attend pre-construction meeting with the selected contractor. ii. Review shop drawings. iii. Respond to requests for change orders and requests for information. iv.
