Energy Generation Forecast i. An energy generation cost forecast to back up bid price c. Supplier Network information i. List of licensed electricity suppliers used by your firm in Connecticut ii. Description of the competitive bid process to secure lowest rates iii. Documentation of broker/supplier neutrality (i.e., broker does not favor specific suppliers) d. Customer Support Services i. Description of services offered before, during, and after contract execution that shall include at minimum: 1. General Customer Support on municipal bills/accounts 2. Rate negotiation for new/added municipal accounts 3. Energy usage reporting/benchmarking
