Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Family Shelter--- (between 2 and 10) beds/units please specify; female with children; male with children; and /or male and female with children. See note below. 2. Shelter for single men--- (up to 75beds) annually. See note below. 3. Shelter for single women-- (12 to 20 beds) annually. See note below. 4. Shelter for couples – (12-20 beds) annually. See note below. 5. Shelter for single men-up to 75 beds Winter Overflow Only FY 11/1/17-4/30/18. 6. Overnight Warming Center for couples, single men and women --- (25 to 50 resting space) Winter Season FY 12/15/17- 4/30/18. 7. Evening and weekend warming center for couples, single men and women – (25 – 50 resting space) Winter season FY 12/15/17 – 4/30/18. 8. Services providing outreach and engagement. 9. Services that provide evidence of linkage to a broad array of services including mental health and/or substance abuse treatment, preventive health, workforce development, job training and placement, employment, good neighbor training, and educational services directed to New Haven funded homeless shelter residents. 10. Homeless youth services (including shelter and support services as mentioned in # 9). 11. Homeless senior citizen services (including shelter and support services as mentioned in #9). 12. Innovative strategies to address job training and job placement services including sustainable employment and income saving for homeless individuals or families. 13. Innovative strategies for prevention and diversion for families and single males and females to prevent eviction and restore stable housing.
