Work under this contract includes procurement and installation of a HUD Code certified 3- bedroom, 2-bathroom double-wide manufactured facility (mobile home), including sitework, concrete foundation, utility connections and related appurtenances; to be installed and ready for use by EMS personnel at the Town’s 191 Church Street, Putnam, CT property. Manufactured home shall be HUD Code certified, minimum 1,100 square feet, including kitchen, living room, three bedrooms with closets, and two bathrooms. General features shall include unitized construction, 30 lb roof load, Thermal Zone 3, Wind Zone 1, 200 amp electrical load, and electric heating and cooling. HUD certification label required to certify that the home section is built in accordance with HUD’s Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards, as published in the Code of Federal Regulations under 24 CFR Part 3280. The work of this contract shall include all labor and materials necessary to completely procure and install the manufactured home and any appurtenances to complete the project in its entirety.
