a. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals necessary for the removal of existing asphalt shingle roof systems down to the existing wood plank roof deck and the installation of a new fiberglass reinforced asphalt shingles of approximately 6,725 sq. ft. on a sloped wood plank roof deck. The new roof system shall have a 50 year warranty equal to the GAF Timberline Golden Pledge roof system. b. Other significant work includes replacement of deteriorated wood plank roof deck. c. General and Subcontract Bids shall consist of but are not limited to: general construction, carpentry, sheet metal work, site restoration and all other work necessary for or incidental to the full completion of the entire project, including all equipment, labor, material, and incidentals in connection therewith.
