A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Up-dating and modernization of elevators number 3 and 4 at the Superior Court, to include but not limited to: a. New Machine-Room-Less (MRL) Traction Elevators for Passenger Elevators 3 and 4. b. Miscellaneous metal fabrications for pit ladders, hoistway sills, doorway lintels. c. Electrical switchgear, fire suppression heads, elevator hoist motors, elevator controllers, elevator door operators, elevator operating panels, etc. d. Selective demolition of: 1) Existing roof vent cap at top of elevator shafts. 2) Existing door openings to accommodate new, relocated openings. 3) Temporary removal and replacement of existing ceilings as required. 4) Existing tile flooring at elevator lobbies. e. Related brick and concrete masonry work, tile flooring, finishes, etc. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
