( Style to be approved by Mechanic) o Rear of body needs to have standard oval cut outs for warning, Stop tail turn, and Backup lights. o Power Style tarp system (note: not to be integrated with cab shield) o Removable Cab Shield o (NOTE: TOTAL TRUCK HEIGHT WITHOUT CAB SHEILD ON NOT TO EXCEED 9’7”. CURRENT HEIGHT OF CHASSIS IS 9’6” TO HIGHEST POINT) o Hydraulic tank to be frame mounted on either side. o Value for Plow controls and dump controls to be mounted outside of cab near rear of cab with cable controls inside cab location TBD. - Rear Tow Plate o 50 ton rated plate with no pintail attached o Electric to the rear of truck for future towing applications o NO air to rear of truck o D rings to be welded on plate. - Plow Setup o 11’ hiway style plow. Current plows are Monroe Prefer to stay with same brand for parts inventory. (But no required) o Standard 13 hole punch for blades is required. o Plow controls will be cable controls mounted in the cab with valve on rear of cab outside. o Plow frame to be welded to factory frame rail extensions o 3 hole adjustable plow hitch Spacing for plow TBD must be able to accept Monroe plow hookups. o Plow Lift arm to be adjustable to accept other brand plows on truck. o Height of plow TBD for matching to axel GVW. o Headlights to mounted on hood of truck and must be heated led with high beam function.
