Specifications include, but are not limited to: Two seasonal cleanups, one in early to mid-March and one in early December that would include: • Removal of accumulated winter debris, litter and snowplowing detritus • Institute a plant health maintenance plan per Landscaped area, inclusive of weed control, fertilization, watering, and pruning. Advise the Town for any possible need for plant replacement or specialized services (i.e. Deep root watering, injection fertilization) (spring) • Install mulch to 2” depth (spring) • Cutting back of grasses, weeding • Leaf cleanup and removal, (spring and fall) • Deadheading flowering materials, seasonal cut back of certain vegetation Regular Maintenance would be monthly, April to November, and would include: • Removal of weeds in planting beds and in hardscapes as needed. • Fertilization topical, soluble, or injection as needed • Raking of mulch • Cleanup of leaves, removed from the site • Litter removal in parking lot and beds • Watering of plants • Pruning of bushes and trees to keep their aesthetic qualities, and to address sight lines and safety hazards. Perennial bulbs to be groomed and deadheaded as needed.
