Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm would be responsible for general management, maintenance, and upkeep of garden beds, flowerpots & planters, lawns, sidewalks, driveways & parking lots, pedestrian waste receptacles, and commercial waste streams. Maintenance and appearance by area type would include, but are not limited to: Garden beds – foster properly pruned, fertilized, and treated plant cover. Maintenance would include edging, mulch, weeding, and spring/fall cleanouts. Flowerpots & planters – planted by season, watered, and weeded. Rotation would include plantings in spring, summer, and fall followed by winter greens. Lawn – properly mowed, fertilized, irrigated, and culturally maintained (aeration, overseeding, etc.) Sidewalks, driveways & public parking lots – liter picked, debris, and weed free along cracks. Maintenance would include removal of snow/winter precipitation to provide safe pedestrian and vehicular passage. Pedestrian waste & recycle receptacles – regularly emptied to prevent overflow
