Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hartford and Hartford Public Schools has a combined inventory of 14,000 windows and iOS desktop, laptop, and tablet devices. The City of Hartford and Hartford Public Schools staff utilize a variety of desktop productivity applications including Microsoft Office Professional 2003-2010. Other application samplings include the MUNIS ERP System, CAD, ESRI GIS, Sharepoint 2007, Joomla, Adobe professional, Powerschool, Symantec Altiris and EndPoint. The Hartford Public Schools students utilize many programs across the district including but not limited to Scholastic Read180 and FasttMath, Lexia, Pearson Waterford and Successmaker, Type to Learn, ADOBE CS5 Collection, ESRI GIS, Microsoft Office Professional, and CAD. These and other programs can be site based or district wide implementations. Student computers are loaded with Faronics Deepfreeze, Symantec Altiris and Endpoint Virus Protection.
