EHPS is seeking proposals to provide all phases of design for up to five (5) seperate school photovoltaic projects over a period of five (5) years or as determined by the school district to provide all necessary design services to ensure a successful project, including but not limited to: 1. Conceptual designs, project schedules, preparing documents and representing the School district throughout the CT OSCG&R grant and Federal grant processes for each project. Act as primary representation at DAS Project Construction Review (PCR) meetings. 2. Preparing cost estimates and other financial projection reports. Includes attendance to present two (2) in-person school board (or equivalent) meetings outlining conceptual projections and project overview and support. 3. Generating all project-specific forms that need to be submitted to State, Local and Federal agencies. 4. Provide a structural roof design report for each of the five (5) schools 5. Creation of a project manual including project plans and specifications for each of the five (5) schools as required by the School District.
