The Contractor shall provide specialized cleaning services as described herein (the “Services”) for the following locations: (1) the data center at the Pfizer Campus, building 230, located at 445 Eastern Point Road; Groton, Connecticut (“Groton Data Center”); (2) the data room at 55 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut (“Hartford Data Room”), and; (3) the data center at 2710 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, Connecticut (“Newington Data Center”) (collectively or individually as the context requires, the “Facility”). A. The Contractor shall service the following areas of the Groton Data Center: 1) 9,000 sq. ft. of raised flooring located on the 2nd floor, including one hundred fifty (150) server cabinets and thirty-six (36) four-post racks. 2) Break room located on the 2nd floor (300 sq. ft. Linoleum). 3) Carpeted Lobby and Command Center located on the 2nd floor (1200 sq. ft.). 4) Entire Hallway (1200 sq. ft. Linoleum) located on the 1st floor; and 5) The front and back stairwells and the freight elevator are located on the 1st floor. B. The Contractor shall service the following areas of the Hartford Data Room: 1) 450 sq. ft. of electrostatic discharge (“ESD”) tile on the 1st floor; and 2) 10 server cabinets and three (3) two-post racks on the 1st floor. C. The Contractor shall service the following areas of the Newington Data Center: 1) 4,400 Sq. Ft. of electrostatic discharge (“ESD”) tile on the 1st floor; and 2) 47 server cabinets, two (2) four-post rack and one (1) two-post rack are on the 4,400 sq. ft. located on the 1st floor. B. Contractor shall offer and extend the Contract (including pricing, terms and conditions) to political sub-divisions of the State (which includes towns and municipalities), schools, and not-for-profit organizations. The Client Agency shall list each task that shall be Performed using Attachment 7, Task Schedule Checklist – AUSA, Attachment 8, Inspection Form – AUSA and Attachment 9, Statement of Work (“SOW”). The Contractor and Client Agency must agree and execute the SOW prior to the Services being Performed.
