Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Norwalk’s Recreation & Parks Department is soliciting proposals for the design, development, construction, management and operation of a long-term seasonal outdoor ice-skating rink facility to be located at Veteran’s Memorial Park, Norwalk, CT. The seasonal outdoor ice-skating rink facility would be operated from approximately October 1st through March 15th each seasonal period. The Recreation and Parks Department is seeking proposers with a solid background in the successful design, development, construction, management and operation of high quality outdoor ice skating rink facilities. Below is an outline of some of the requirements that apply specifically to this project. The requirements for this project are discussed in greater detail under Section 2 – Project Specifications
