Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Norwalk’s Recreation & Parks Department is soliciting proposals for the design, development, construction, management and operation of a long-term seasonally operated tree top rope adventure and zip line course to be located at Cranbury Park, Norwalk, CT. The seasonal outdoor tree top rope adventure and zip line course would be operated from approximately April 1st through November 30th of each seasonal period. The Recreation and Parks Department is seeking proposers with a strong background in the successful design, development, construction, management, and operation of tree top rope adventure and zip line courses. Only respondents that have been in the seasonal tree top rope adventure course business for a continuous period of more than two (2) years need submit a response. The City is seeking for proposers to design, development, construction, management and operation of tree top rope adventure & zip-line course at Cranbury Park, Norwalk, CT for the purpose of providing two (2) to three (3) hours of outdoor fun, exercise and recreation, and with the entire tree top rope adventure and zip-line course being of a recreational nature
