Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clean bathrooms including sinks, toilets, partitions, mirrors, counters, fixtures, and floors (mop). Remove garbage and recycling in bathrooms, and stock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitary supplies liners. Trash cans should be wiped clean. Supplies to be provided by Town Facilities Department. Clean common areas such as; lobby and hallways, including cleaning all tiles, mopping tile floors, vacuuming all carpets and rugs (all trash cans and chairs should be moved for complete cleaning); cleaning windows, tables, bookshelves, desks, chairs, window ledges, and other surfaces. This includes dusting, and disinfecting (when appropriate) areas. Computer monitors, CPUs, and keyboards should be lightly dusted.
