Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide flexible, cost-effective proposals to the CGA for access to their computer-assisted legal research system. The awarded respondent shall provide access on a regular, twenty-four hours a day, year round basis to the following databases under a fixed monthly service fee: a. Court Decisions (Federal and State); b. Court documents on pending lawsuits, including Briefs (Federal and State); c. Court Rules (Federal and State); d. Statutes and legislative materials (Federal and State); e. Regulations (Federal and State); f. Administrative Decisions (Federal and State); g. Newspapers (National and Regional); h. Periodicals (general interest, professional, and scholarly); i. Legal Periodicals (journals, law reviews, newspapers), and Reference Materials; j. Treatises (legal topics in all areas including but not limited to, constitutional law, insurance law, labor law, torts, health care, land use, municipal law, and eminent domain); k. Radio and Television Program Transcripts; l. Fifty State Surveys; m. Municipal/local government law treatise database (practice guides, forms, checklists); n. Public Records database (one user license password). Included in the Public Records database shall be the following records: i. Person locators: nationwide, statewide, social security, voter registration; ii. Obituaries; iii. Court filings: bankruptcies, judgments, liens, criminal filings, civil filings, verdicts, settlements; iv. Business locators: nationwide, statewide, fictitious business names; v. Asset locators: motor vehicles, real property; vi. Licenses: drivers, professional; vii. Criminal records; viii. Watch lists; ix. Phone numbers.
