Specifications include, but are not limited to: The total space that will be leased is to be 50 by 100 feet. The enclosure for the tower and equipment cannot exceed 40 by 100 feet. 2. The location needs to be consistent with the recreational uses of the property. There are existing trails and pathways on the property at present that will be used by the public. The tower and equipment enclosure is not to be located in such a way as to block an existing trail or result in a need to relocate a trail, without the prior approval of the Conservation Commission. 3. The enclosure needs to be constructed and/or landscaped in such a way as to minimize its visual impact. The design and landscaping needs to meet with the approval of the Commission. The removal of existing trees from the perimeter of the fence enclosure around the tower and equipment, and along the access road shall be minimized
