Specifications include, but are not limited to:The ultimate goal for the enhancement of the Core-CT PeopleSoft ERP system is to improve the productivity of the State and provide improved customer service options that fully meet the needs of the University of Connecticut. The vendor should propose a solution that allows for delegation of administrative tasks, provides flexible UConn functionality, configuration and branding capabilities while maintaining the integrity of Core-CT’s enterprise functions. The OSC seeks to establish a working relationship with a qualified professional services Vendor that has been the prime Vendor for other state entities in the successful implementation of an Oracle/ PeopleSoft ERP system for a major university. The successful Vendor shall be responsible for the thorough understanding of the project requirements including the applicable codes and regulations. The Vendor shall become familiar with the necessary procedures, presentation and coordinating requirements necessary for the effective performance of the project. To accomplish the above stated goal, the Vendor is expected to perform at a minimum the following activities: Project Management Project Communication Configuration and or modification of PeopleSoft HCM and Interaction Hub modules o Fit Gap Review and Analysis to PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 The University and Core-CT completed a Fit Gap Analysis in Spring 2014 against Core-CT’s PeopleSoft HCM v9.1 application. The Vendor will be required to review the fit gap analysis and update the Gap Resolution Documents as applicable to Core-CT’s v9.2 application (scheduled for upgrade in 2015). o Design, Build and Configuration o System Integration and User Testing o Conversion Deployment Strategy and Approach Regression Testing Strategy, Approach and Execution Performance Testing and Tuning Strategy, Approach and Execution Technical Support External UConn System integrations Training Materials – updating and development of UPKs End User Training - including all suggested methodologies for development and delivery (such as the “train-the-trainer” approach) Change Management Knowledge Transfer
