Proposers shall inspect site conditions and make recommendations (design/build) for type, material, make and model that meet OSHA section 1910.23 (c)(1). The scope of this project includes the replacement of the primary main access ladder (interior) to each of the school sites, followed by the replacement/addition of access ladders in between roof elevations prioritized 1 thru 5 on the site plans included in this RFP. Proposers shall be responsible for determining structural assessment, anchorage, load requirements and safety for the equipment recommended in their proposal and include shop drawings. All ladder systems shall be configured in a manner as to not damage the existing EPDM roofing systems. If roofing services are required, the Proposer shall utilize the Owner’s roofing maintenance contractor.
