Decommissioning and responsible disposal of existing CCTV equipment, in a manner consistent with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Install and configure new CCTV recording equipment • Install PoE IP addressable Cameras • Configure Cameras with IP address • Run Cat6 plenum-rated cable from networking rooms to each camera where needed • Test Fiber to East and West 1 Cross street Gate locations and provide necessary switches and Fiber uplink at the gate locations. Provide documentation of all Camera locations including Device system names and IP/MAC addresses, Switch locations, including IP/MAC addresses and Admin log in credentials. Installing and Configuration of new CCTV software and Client-side management workstations and Remote clients if required. • Install configure Server-side software to manage CCTV recording equipment. This should be done on GBT’s existing VMware virtual environment if proposed system permits. • Supply training on managing and maintaining server-side software • Install and configure any necessary client-side workstation level software to appropriate departments to be able to access IP cameras and review recorded video. Supply training on using client applications as well as Remote client access systems. Test cabling from cameras and verify video levels, verify camera integrity and cable integrity • Number the cameras and cables. Numbering should be on both ends of cables and should be clearly visible • Install and configure required serversoftware and mass storage devices. • Servershould be windows-based vSphere VMware instantiations if possible • Windows Server 2022 or 2025 (Preferred) is required Configure CCTV recording software • Configure server on its own IP subnet along with all required Cameras and Switches. • Configure multiple security user groups based on GBT’s needs • Add Users - Set up correct permissions • Add all New cameras to system - Name cameras • Adjust camera viewing setting for best performance • Create security groups and users for all buildings and Departments Install new viewing stations including Displays in each of the following locations: • Finance Department for Money Room viewing • Dispatch Room for Gate access and intercom uses as well as additional outside locations • Maintained Foeman’s Office for Maintenance building and Bus parking are surveillance • 710 Water Street Security office for all 710 Water Street surveillance.
