Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Replacement of approximately 162 hardware sets in new and existing doors in 7 building on campus. 2. Replacement of 14 wood doors, 4 aluminum doors and 1 HM door and frame. 3. New ballistic film applied to approximately 2500 sq. ft. on existing and new glazing. 4. Painting of new and existing surfaces. 5. Installation of access control system including ProWatch software and connection to all new hardware sets including IT and electrical. ADD Alternate #1: Furnish and Install 21 exterior doors with electronic locking access control including IT and electrical as indicated on drawings and specifications section 08 71 00 and 28 15 00. Replace 4 wood doors 4 aluminum doors and 1 HM door and frame as indicated on drawings and specifications sections 08 13 16, 08 14 00 and 08 41 13. ADD Alternate #2: Furnish and install approximately 2500 sq. ft. of ballistic film on new and existing glazing as indicated in drawings and Specification Section 08 87 53.
