Specifications include, but are not limited to: Norwalk Community College, hereinafter referred to as NCC, is requesting qualified,professionally trained uniformed guards, licensed by the State of Connecticut, to serve apopulation of 6,500 students, faculty and staff. Contractor shall provide and furnish alllabor, materials, equipment and transportation services as needed to perform the contractin a safe and professional manner. Services rendered shall include, but not be limited to:regular and periodic patrol of premises security of building and grounds parking controland foot patrol, information and direction safety inspection of building activation anddisarming alarm services, responding to alarms on campus street traffic controloperation of video surveillance center life safety and evacuation control emergencymedical support and training and development of security related procedures
