Nothing in this proposal or the contract to be signed shall be interpreted or construed as creating or establishing the relationship of employer and employee between the Stamford Public Schools and the Agency, or any employee or agent of the Agency, or between the Agency and any agent or employee of the Board. Both parties acknowledge that the Agency will not be an employee for federal or state tax purposes. 2.Background SPS currently serves some 16,000 students in grades PreK-12 in 20 schools (21 schools effective for the 16/17 school year). This position would service students across the district (i.e. district wide) with a typical five day work week. The students are distributed across 21 sites and we estimate the following weekly hours of service during the regular school year (including Pre-K services): 2016-2017 200 hours per week 2017-2018 220 hours per week 2018-2019 240 hours per week We expect 100 hours per week for the 4 to 6 week Extended School Year (ESY) Program. Additionally, we anticipate 50evaluations per year inclusive of Extended School Year (ESY).
